Shopping at the-secret diaries has been an enjoyable process. Amber, the owner, is very friendly, personable and super prompt in replying emails. She is very patient with my many queries and provided me with detailed explanations(: She gives a personal touch to each of her email and also provides me with her own opinions about the products! Amber makes me feel as if i'm talking to a friend i had known for years!!
The prices of the items she sells are affordable and not over-priced, on top of that, Amber gives wonderful deals that makes the shopping expereince a whole lot better! She is very sincere, polite and provides really good service(: Once she sent out my items, she sent me an email with pictures of my parcel! This is definitely very reassuring!
When i've received my parcel, i found that my items are carefully wrapped.. Plus, there's a whole lot of samples included!! What a pleasant surprise! She included samples of products that i had mentioned that i'm interested in and also takes extra care in ensuring that the samples given are suitable for my skin type. Amber is very attentive to these little details- a good seller indeed!(:

Shopping at the secretdiaries has been a great experience for me, it was the best out of all the blogshops i've been to :D
Amber is really friendly, nice, patient and has the best service! Her emails are always full of smileys which brightens my day. She cares about her customers from the heart as she'll ask how was the product and if it's good for me. She also recommended me masks that would be suitable for me. ( eg what I look for, whitening, tired skin, moisturizing..)
On my second buy, she even sent me the parcel before I made payment, thanks so much for trusting me haha! ^^
The parcel is nicely packaged and she even made an effort for a hand-written note with cute stickers for her customers which shows her sincerity. She also gives me lots of samples to try :)
